TEC, Inc. is currently providing professional transportation engineering services for the final design of two intersections, Route 40 (Groton Road) at Oak Hill Road and Route 40 (Groton Road) at Dunstable Road in Westford, MA. The Town has retained TEC to implement the planning, design, permitting and construction of these two intersections, which have both been identified as high crash locations within the Northern Middlesex Council of Governments (NMCOG) region. The Northern Middlesex Metropolitan Planning Organization (NMMPO) has identified these two projects within the FY15-18 Transportation Improvement Program so the project designs will be advance to conform to the MassDOT Design Development Process once approved by MassDOT’s Project Review Committee.
