TEC bridge project featured on Fox 25 News!

TEC is the ELawrence Street Beforengineer of Record for this structurally deficient bridge carrying Lawrence Street over the Concord River in Lowell.  This $2.8 million bridge rehabilitation project is part of the City’s capital improvement plan to improve safety and remove weight restrictions from their municipally owned infrastructure.  The first stage of construction to replace the bridge deck will begin at the end of the month with a targeted substantial completion date by the end of this construction season.  TEC is also providing construction phase services for the City of Lowell as part of this project.  Featured in the video is Lisa DeMeo, P.E., City Engineer for the City of Lowell.

New Faces at TEC!


TEC welcomes Jonathan Rockwell and Rich Nota

Jonathan Rockwell

Jonathan joins TEC as the Highway Services Manager to assist our clients with managing various projects during all phases of planning, permitting, design and construction. He brings nearly 20 years of highway design experience on various private and public sector projects. In addition to managing various projects, he will play a large role in mentoring and coaching our growing staff on a day-to-day basis. 


Rich joirich notans TEC as a Resident Engineer to assist our clients by providing experienced oversight during construction. He brings a wealth of construction experience being Public Works Director in Dedham, Weston and Harvard; as well as, past experience as a contractor. In addition to providing our clients with considerable field experience, he will be a great asset to our growing staff by contributing immeasurable constructability input during design.
