Mitchell_KeamyMitchell D. Keamy Jr., P.E.
President / CEO
Mitch’s experience is in the structural analysis, design and construction of bridges, buildings, transportation facilities, and special structures. As President, Mitch is responsible for our corporate operations. Mitch leads the TEC Team with his focus on client and agency communication, providing competitive value for our services, and ultimately delivering client satisfaction at every stage. His extensive experience has included work in the public and private sectors involving state agencies, municipal, commercial, industrial, rail transit, and residential projects. Mitch received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute and his Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of  Lowell. Mitch is a current registered Professional Structural Engineer in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, Virginia, and Rhode Island; and is a Licensed Construction Supervisor in Massachusetts. He is an adjunct professor for UMass Lowell.


Catherine M. Christy

Chief Financial Advisor
Cathy has been with the TEC team since its incorporation. As the Accounting Administrator, Cathy is responsible for the oversight of all corporate accounting  including preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, cash flows, projections, payroll, account reconciliations, monthly reporting and general account services for the corporation and its clients. Cathy also serves as the Human Resource Director and oversees staffing, employee relations, compensation and training. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from Bridgewater University.




Richard Friberg, P.E., LEED AP

Regional Office Manager / Strategic Planning Division
Rick has provided design, oversight and guidance in land development projects including large-scale shopping centers, mixed-use developments, historic mill redevelopments, commercial developments, residential developments, and municipal peer review services.  His expertise includes site due diligence, conceptual site planning, site design/site plans, stormwater management, low impact development, utility design, construction cost estimating, local/state/federal permitting, and construction management services. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.  Rick is a registered Professional Engineer in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine and a certified Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED AP) professional.


Kevin DandradeKevin R. Dandrade, P.E., P.T.O.E.
Senior Vice President / Transportation Division
Kevin leads the corporation market in traffic impact evaluations, municipal peer reviews, corridors studies, traffic signal design, site design  and utility engineering for numerous projects within New England. He provides sound engineering and permitting strategy from day-one and excels in the collaboration with stakeholders for efficient and predictable project delivery. His expertise includes site layout, traffic impact and access studies, parking studies and layout, signal equipment layout and specifications, intricate coordinated traffic analyses, cost and quantity estimates, contract document preparation, traffic signal construction inspection, and field fine-tuning. Kevin received his Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Kevin is a registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine, and is a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer.


Jody TrunfioJody P. Trunfio, P.E.
Civil Infrastructure Services Manager
Jody’s experience is in structural design, modeling and analysis of buildings, bridges and other transportation related structures. He provides efficient and practicable designs that have the benefit of his extensive experience in construction, working daily with contractors.  This results in accurate cost estimating for our clients as they seek to program funds for on- and off-site facilities. As a Project Manager, Jody has overseen several state, municipal and private infrastructure projects as well as state bridge inspections. Jody is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where he received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in civil engineering with a concentration in structures and materials. He is also a registered Professional Structural Engineer in  Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Washington, DC.


Mikel Myers
Mikel C. Myers, P.E.
Transportation Engineering & Municipal Services Manager
Mike manages the corporations transportation design service.  As the company’s Highway Design Manager, Mike oversees the design development and construction of several ongoing transportation projects in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  His expertise includes geometric design, signing and pavement marking layout, storm-water analysis and design, Right-of-Way plans, highway access permits, construction cost estimating, contract document preparation, temporary traffic control and construction inspection.  Mikel has his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and is a registered Professional Engineer in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
