This month, TEC is pleased to announce the opening of our newest office in Portland, Maine. This expansion reflects the firm’s continued commitment to growth and enhanced service to clients throughout the Northeast.
The Portland office will allow TEC to better serve existing and prospective clients in Maine and the surrounding region, while providing a local base for the firm’s expanding team of professionals. The strategic expansion supports the firm’s long-term vision of delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions with a strong local presence.

The team recently celebrated in the new office space, located at 2 Monument Square. The newly renovated office features amenities such as a golf simulator, exercise facility, and café, and is within walking distance of many restaurants and local landmarks. The Portland staff toasted to this important company milestone and celebrated with loyal oysters, freshly shucked by TEC’s Chief Strategy Officer, Taylor Lynn. The energy and excitement was palpable, and the team – comprised of seasoned TEC staff as well as more recent hires – came together in a shared spirit of camaraderie and ambition, ready to build something exceptional in the heart of the community.
The Portland office is staffed with engineers and planners to support a wide variety of infrastructure needs, and will serve as a hub for both project execution and client collaboration.
