Integrates various business functions and ensures that Councils have the necessary resources to perform at a high-level.

Creates, minds and refines TEC’s corporate vision to guide us toward delivering on our mission, vision and goals.

Grows TEC’s talent and client base. Prepares targets and identifies hiring need to support our Operations.
Operations Council
Culture Council
Brainstorms and plans social events, outings, charity endeavors and volunteering opportunities keep things fun and learn, learn more about our teammates and contribute to our communities.
President / CEO

Mitch Keamy, PE
President / CEO
Mitch was a co-founder of TEC and has been a Principal since our inception. He is our President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and leads our Executive Council.
He guides our Leadership Councils and leads our organization through its growth and ownership transition. Mitch also ensures that leadership has the necessary resources to successfully implement initiatives.
Mitch is a Worcester Polytechnic Institute graduate and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Virginia and Florida.
He is active in the local business community including the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce and has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He was also appointed to the Massachusetts Designer Selection Board (DSB).
Chief Strategy Officer

Rick Friberg, PE, LEED AP
Chief Strategy Officer
Rick is a Principal and Chief Strategy Officer at TEC. Rick leads our Vision Council and serves as the curator of TEC’s Corporate Vision, continuously minding and refining our framework to deliver our mission, vision and goals.
Rick opened TEC’s Seacoast Regional Office in Hampton, New Hampshire in 2014 and has also led some of the most challenging and transformative land development projects north of Boston. He was recognized as a young business leader appearing in the 40 Under 40 in the North of Boston Business Magazine.
He is a University of New Hampshire graduate and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. He is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
Rick is a “retired” rugby player and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and volunteers on its Real Estate Advisory Committee.
Chief Growth Officer

Mike Myers, PE
Chief Growth Officer
Mike is a Principal and Chief Growth Officer at TEC. His focus is growing TEC’s client and talent base and he leads our Growth Council.
Mike has led municipal and state agency projects throughout New England focused primarily on transportation infrastructure including projects in over 100 communities.
He is a University of New Hampshire graduate and a Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Mike is an avid golfer and is an active member of the New England Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA) as well as many other Public Works organizations.

Kevin Dandrade, PE, PTOE
Director of Transportation
Planning & ITS / VP
Kevin is a Principal and Vice President at TEC. He is the Director of our Transportation Planning & ITS team and is a member of our Growth Council.
Kevin has led the traffic and transportation planning for some of New England’s most notable projects and was awarded the 2018 Transportation Engineer of the Year by NEITE.
Kevin is a Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. and a University of New Hampshire graduate.
Kevin enjoys fly fishing and is an active member of several professional organizations including the Worcester Chamber of Commerce, Middlesex 3, Massachusetts Chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC-MA) and the past-President of the New England Chapter of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (NEITE).
Seacoast Regional Director

Jody Trunfio, PE
Seacoast Regional Director
Jody is a Principal and Seacoast Regional Director at TEC. He is growing and managing our office in Hampton, New Hampshire and is a member of our Growth Council.
Jody has led municipal, state and private structural engineering projects throughout New England for horizontal and vertical structure design.
He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and is a Registered Professional Engineer in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Washington DC.
Jody played college football at UNH and is an active member of the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce, the New Hampshire Chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC-NH) and the New Hampshire Society of Professional Engineers (NHSPE).
Director of Transportation
Infrastructure

Jon Rockwell, PE
Director of Transportation Infrastructure
Jon is a Principal and Director of Transportation Infrastructure Services at TEC. He also leads our Operations Council which is responsible for meeting the high expectations of our clients.
Jon specializes in complex municipal and state agency transportation infrastructure design projects and is extremely knowledgeable in the design and permitting process.
He is a Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute graduate and a Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Jon enjoys working on home-improvement projects, woodworking, hiking, and keeping up with his 3 kids. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
Director of Strategic
Land Planning

Peter Ellison, PE
Director of Strategic Land Planning
Peter is a Principal and Director of Strategic Land Planning at TEC. Peter leads site design and permitting projects throughout New England and is an expert in environmental permitting and the land entitlement process.
In addition to public and private permitting projects, he also serves as a trusted peer review agent for a number of municipal boards in Massachusetts, providing a well-balanced approach and perspective as a community-minded resource.
Peter is a Northeastern University graduate and a Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
He enjoys golfing in his free time and he is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Human Resources

Erin Calla
Human Resources
Erin is the Human Resources Generalist at TEC. She leads our talent attraction and retention initiatives to continue to grow our team and is a member of our Culture Council.
She helps to foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, maintaining a challenging, rewarding and fun work environment. She keeps current with HR trends, issues and changes through continuing education. As a member our Culture Council she helps keep TEC’s work environment fun and connected to the communities where we live, work and play.
Erin is a Southern New Hampshire University graduate and is certified in Human Resources Management.
She enjoys reading and spending time relaxing with friends and family.
Director of Structures

Bob Niccoli, PE, SE
Director of Structures
Bob is the Director of Structures at TEC and is a member of our Operations Council.
He leads the design of horizontal and vertical structural engineering projects throughout New England. Bob has experience with complex bridge design and modeling, rehabilitation design, load ratings, bridge inspections and vertical structure design. Bob is an expert in his understanding of the process and design requirements for the different infrastructure owners / managers including local, state and private.
Bob has his bachelors and masters degrees from Case Western Reserve University and a Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island as well as a licensed Structural Engineer (SE).
He is skilled in all backyard games, an avowed (but not good) golfer and is a member of the Structural Engineers Institute of the Boston Society of Civil Engineers (BSCES).
Transportation Infrastructure
Client Manager

Lori Aho, PE
Transportation Infrastructure Client Manager
Lori is a Transportation Infrastructure Client Manager at TEC and a member of our Operations Council.
She leads the design and permitting of municipal and state agency transportation infrastructure projects throughout New England. Lori is an expert in designing sustainable transportation infrastructure projects that meet the needs of all users.
Lori is a University of Massachusetts graduate and a Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She is also an Envision Sustainable Professional (ENV SP).
She enjoys biking and baking and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
Seacoast Client Manager

Chris Raymond, PE
Seacoast Client Manager
Chris is a Seacoast Client Manager at TEC and a member of our Operations Council and Culture Council.
He leads the design and permitting on land development and municipal projects in the Seacoast Region. Chris uses is expertise in land development to also serve as a peer reviewer for municipal boards and even as an extension of town staff serving as town engineer in New Hampshire communities. As a member our Culture Council he helps keep TEC’s work environment fun and connected to the communities where we live, work and play.
Chris is a University of New Hampshire graduate and a Registered Professional Engineer in New Hampshire. Chris also stays involved at UNH by assisting students by serving as an advisor on their Senior Capstone projects year-after-year. He enjoys surfing and going to the beach.
Communications Manager

Megan Fleming
Communications Manager
Megan is the Communications Manager at TEC and a member of our Culture Council.
She implements the messaging initiatives in our marketing plan through social media, email and newsletters. In many cases she is also the first point-of-contact when a prospective client or employee is connecting with TEC and she sets the tone for an enjoyable interaction. As a member our Culture Council she helps keep TEC’s work environment fun and connected to the communities where we live, work and play.
Megan is a University of New Hampshire graduate with a bachelors degree in Communications. She enjoys spending time at Lake Winnipesaukee with her friends and family.
Structures Project Manager

Andrew Spurr
Structures Project Manager
Andrew is a Project Manager without or our Structures Team at TEC and a member of our Culture Council.
He has experience inspecting, designing and monitoring the construction of bridge, culvert and vertical structure projects. As a member our Culture Council he helps keep TEC’s work environment fun and connected to the communities where we live, work and play.
Andrew is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell and enjoys playing golf.
