1. What do you love most about TEC?
I like the positive working environment, culture and high employee morale at TEC. I have learned throughout my career in HR the importance of building a culture of employee recognition and offer praise to your employees. I see this at TEC and I look forward to working hard to continue to increase employee morale, retention and productivity.
2. Tell us something that might surprise us about you.
I have a huge fear of flying long distance on a plane. I plan to overcome my fear in April and go someplace I’ve dreamed of going my whole life- Ireland!
