1. Which part of your job do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy many aspects of the job but I have two favorites. When I listen or observe a TEC team member utilize something I said, or did, years ago and I proudly beam when a client calls to let me know what a great job our TEC team and specific person did for their project.
2. What is the best advice you can give to a new employee?
I penned my “12 Rules for Success” when TEC first started in 2002 and I believe in them. I would tell everyone to learn them; understand them; embrace and implement them.
3. Where is your favorite vacation spot?
Anywhere that I’m with my family. We have vacationed yearly on Nantucket since 2003 so the island holds some special memories.
