Get to know our team
Samuel Gregorio, PE, PTOE, RSP
Senior Design Engineer
1. How has TEC helped you in your career development?
I am lucky enough to say that TEC has been my entire career in a professional setting. Going on 10 great years, TEC has challenged me with opportunities to rise from an entry-level transportation engineer to a Project Manager and Senior Design Engineer in responsible charge of the region’s largest projects; such as MGM Springfield and the new Worcester Red Sox ballpark.
2. What is on your wish list for the next 10 years with TEC?
A fitting question as I reach my own 10-year mark here at TEC. I wish the next 10 years at TEC see our company grow to serve even more communities across New England. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing, or in my case driving through, infrastructure I have been apart of. As for myself, I hope over the next 10 years that TEC continues to provide me an opportunity to grow and expand my own career. No other company I would rather work for.
3. Who would you most like to swap places with for a day?
This is a self-satisfying response; but who ever is the next GM or President of Baseball Ops for the Red Sox so I can fix the madness going on over there on Jersey Street. I can’t have another one of these off-years with no playoffs and big contracts. Somehow … I don’t think that day would actually end well for me.
Our team is enthusiastic and works hard to improve the communities where we live, work and play. Our work environment is inclusive, transparent, challenging and rewarding. Our strength is our team and we invest in our team with industry-leading benefits to help balance our financial, social and personal goals.
We keep it fun and stay connected to each other and our communities. If that sounds like you, visit our Careers page to learn how to join the team.
