Senior Project Manager - Highway
Lawrence, MA

TEC is seeking a Senior Project Manager who can immediately step into a role to serve our municipal and DOT clients with their transportation projects and lead a team of engineers at our brand-new office HQ within the Pavilion at Riverwalk.  This hire will have an opportunity to play a critical role in project delivery through effective client interfacing and team leadership.

Responsibilities

ꞏ Manage a team of engineers in the delivery of transportation projects

ꞏ Effectively interact with staff, clients, and stakeholders to deliver project solutions

ꞏ Mentor engineering staff in all phases of design development

ꞏ QA/QC of project elements to include technical reporting, plans, specifications, and estimates

ꞏ Management tasks of transportation projects including schedules, budgets, contracts, invoicing, etc.

​ꞏ Facilitation of client meetings and public presentations

Skills

ꞏ Proven ability to lead and mentor a team

ꞏ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

ꞏ Through responsible autonomy, manage individual tasks and assignments

ꞏ Self-starter and motivator with attention to detail

Qualifications

TEC is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to effectively lead technical tasks for land development projects at our Hampton Beach office located on Ocean Boulevard.  This hire will have an opportunity to play a critical role in the design, permitting, and success of our private developer clients and their projects.

Responsibilities

ꞏ Preparation of technical design/permitting plans, filings, and reports
