MassWorks Infrastructure Program
Funding public infrastructure to support development
The MassWorks Infrastructure Program is a grant opportunity that provides a flexible source of capital funds to municipalities through public – private partnership. The program funds the design, permitting and construction of public infrastructure projects that support housing, private development, and create jobs throughout the Commonwealth. The program places emphasis on the production of multi-family housing and mixed-use development projects resulting in direct job creation and the support of economic development.
How we can help
TEC has extensive experience teaming with communities and private developers throughout the Commonwealth. Over the past 10 years, we have coordinated public – private partnerships that have successfully received over $55M to implement public infrastructure supporting private development. Our transportation team will assist with project coordination, planning, scoping, conceptual design, estimating, and application grant writing to ensure that the project meets the merits and criteria of the program.
