TEC attended the ACEC National Gala in Washington DC and received a National Recognition Award for Engineering Excellence for the Pavilion at Riverwalk project in Lawrence, MA. Referred to as the “Academy Awards of the Engineering Industry,” the National Recognition Award is a prestigious distinction honoring projects demonstrating exceptional engineering at the national level. The event was attended by over 1,600 industry leaders from all over the country!
The Pavilion at Riverwalk also received the 2023 Gold Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies of Massachusetts for outstanding professional design excellence.
The project included a 4-story, 80,000 SF mixed use building, 3-level 1,250 space parking structure with a multi-purpose athletic field on the roof of the parking structure. The project also included two riverfront parks and pedestrian walking paths to increase the walkability and accessibility of the complex.
Pavilion at Riverwalk is the first phase of a master plan at Riverwalk in Lawrence that will create an amenity-rich vibrant mixed-use complex. The project was completed in September of 2022.
