The City of Lawrence Planning Board and Zoning Board have approved an ambitious and exciting 15 year vision to reinvest at Riverwalk in Lawrence, MA.
The Riverwalk Planned Unit Development (PUD) outlines a master plan for the next 15 years of development at Riverwalk including 400 new apartments, several parking structures, 158,000 SF of new commercial space, open space and place-making amenities and public access points to the future Riverwalk Path along the Merrimack River.
