On Tuesday TECs Rick Friberg participated in an Urban Land Institute Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) in Wareham, MA. The all-day event had excellent engagement from residents and business owners in Wareham Village.
Together the team evaluated existing conditions, zoning and uses, received public feedback and provided at presentation of recommendations.
The panel focused in on the numerous assets that Wareham Village has to offer and provided recommendations for zoning, permitting, land use, placemaking and access / connectivity that will help Wareham Village shine!
